Customer Guarantee If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with the course, he/she has ten business days from the date the materials were shipped to e-mail Third House Inc. at thirdhouseinc@yahoo.com that they are dissatisfied. At that time, Third House Inc. will disable his/her user name and password. The customer will be asked to return the workbook and textbook in saleable condition (i.e., without writing, bent covers, torn pages, etc.). Upon receipt, Third House Inc. will refund the customer the full amount less $35 restocking fee. If the workbook and/or textbook are unsaleable, Third House Inc. will notify the customer of the books condition. If unsaleable, Third House Inc. will refund the customer’s money less $58.00 for the textbook and $18.00 for the workbook. Third House Inc. will ship the book or books back to the customer.
